MY STORY

I created The Cringe Method because I got tired of surface work.

You didn't land here by accident. Something brought you here. Maybe you hit a wall. Maybe something cracked open. Maybe you have done the therapy, the journaling, the self help, and the pattern is still there.

I created The Cringe Method because I got tired of watching women do the work and stay stuck. Not because they weren't trying but because the work they were doing was surface. Positive affirmations. Mindset shifts. Journaling prompts that asked how they felt but never asked why they kept doing the same thing.

Real change doesn't live there. It lives in the shadow. In the body. In the specific moment you feel the cringe and shrink anyway. In the patterns you inherited before you had words for them.

I have spent over 13 years sitting with women in that exact place. Helping them find their authentic voice, understand what success and happiness actually means to them, and reorganise their lives around that truth.

The women I work with have made themselves small. Small because they let themselves shrink to please others. Small because they were afraid of what would happen if they let themselves get big. Small because they dismissed their own dreams.

But somewhere deep inside them, there is a whisper that they have more.

This work is for that whisper.
