The Daily Plan:
Day 1: Identify – Expose the Cringe
You can’t change what you keep justifying. On Day 1, we name the core pattern driving your people-pleasing, boundary-blurring, and constant guilt. Whether it shows up as over-explaining, saying yes when you mean no, or freezing when you’re put on the spot — we’re not hiding from it anymore.
You’ll be guided through Prompt questions and other exercises.
Why this matters: You can’t protect your energy while secretly believing you're responsible for everyone else’s comfort. This is the beginning of releasing that belief.
Day 2: Process – Rewrite the Narrative
Once we’ve seen the pattern, we dig deeper into how it was created. Day 2 is about unpacking the stories and identities that have kept you stuck — like “being nice” equals being good, or that saying no makes you cold or selfish.
You’ll get powerful prompts and healing tools to help untangle the guilt, shame, and fear underneath your boundaries.
Why this matters: If you don’t rewrite the narrative, you’ll keep betraying yourself in the name of being liked. This is the day you begin to choose truth over performance.
Day 3 and 4 : Heal – Release The Guilt
Boundaries aren’t just mental — they’re physical. On Day 3, we release guilt, fear, and stored survival energy from the body through a Cringe Clearing Sound and Color journey. This is about clearing space inside yourself to feel safe saying no, asking for what you need, and holding your ground.
This day brings the energetic reset — and you’ll feel it.
Why this matters: You can’t just think your way out of these patterns. You have to feel something different in your body to choose something different in your life.
Day 5: Integrate – Practice owning your NO
Now that you’ve cleared space and shifted energy, it’s time to practice. We’ll walk through real-life examples and conversations where you often abandon yourself — and create scripts, nervous system tools, and mindset shifts so you can act from your power, not your panic.
You’ll leave with an integration plan you can actually use — not just spiritual theory.
Why this matters: Healing is useless if you don’t bring it into your everyday life. This is where your “no” becomes a living boundary, not just an idea.

I’ll be live to answer your questions, walk you through stuck points, and offer direct support as you continue this work. You’ll also keep access to the group so you can revisit practices anytime you need a reminder or reset.
